Mrs. Chiaverini began her career with SSI as an intern and returned after graduation. In the past 10 years she has headed SSI’s Customer Service Department, and spearheaded Latin American sales. Today, she is the General Manager of the company Inside Sales and continues to run the SSI Latin American sales division as Regional Manager. She is a graduate of Eafit University in Colombia.

Mr. Frankel co-founded SSI in 1995 with experience in design and distribution of engineered systems. He is in charge of sales, marketing and operations in the company. Mr. Frankel holds multiple US patents related to diffusers. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis.

Mr. Kang was an early partner to SSI in Korea and joined SSI in America as a partner in 2000. Mr. Kang is in charge of R&D, Production, and Engineering. Mr. Kang has worked in factory automation, has expertise in the manufacture of mechanical aerators and pumps, and has significant site experience. He is a serial inventor with numerous US and International patents. He is a graduate of Chungang University.

Mr. Ritter co-founded SSI in 1995 with expertise in international markets and distribution of mechanical equipment. He is in charge of the financial well being of the Company. Throughout his career Mr. Ritter has been honored frequently for his philanthropic and personal support of causes including help for the needy, for individuals with disabilities and for literacy promotion. He is a graduate of Connecticut College.

Tom has 20 years as a Sales/Application Engineer. Before Joining SSI Aeration Tom worked at  Elna Magnetics and contributed to various departments including sales, engineering, and manufacturing.  Tom is a graduate of SUNY New Paltz.

Mr. Li oversees SSI’s Inventory and works closely with SSI Korea in procuring equipment for SSI USA inventory and projects. He is Managing Director ( 总经理) of Shuan Si Yi Environmental Technology Co. Ltd (双斯易（上海）环境科技有限公司), and Regional Manager. He has strong software skills and prepares a wide variety of reports. Mr. Li is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-SP.

As Co-Executive Director of SSI Aeration (P) Ltd., Regional Manager, and Project Manager, Mr. Syed is experienced in all aspects of SSI Aeration system design and is an excellent communicator. His depth of experience and background in our engineering department gives Mr. Syed a comprehensive understanding of SSI’s products and the technical details of aeration systems. Mr. Syed is a graduate of SRTMU Maharashtra Production Engineering.

Based in Milano, Italy, Mr. Amboldi has more than a decade of international engineering and sales experience with aeration systems for municipal and industrial wastewater operations. As executive director of  SSI Water srl, he has experience with hydraulics and two-phase flow as a result of his former partnership with a major European pump and mixer manufacturer. Mr. Amboldi’s background includes partnerships with OEM manufacturers, international contractors, and distributors. He is a graduate of Politecnico di Milano.

Mr. Banala is an experienced Mechanical Engineer and Architect who relocated from our India office to our US headquarters. He has worked in the tool and die industry and has significant software programming experience. Mr. Banala’s skills include site services and inspections as well as design. He is a graduate of SRTIST Institute of Science and Technology as well as SGM Government Polytechnic College, both in India.

Mr. Kumar is a Co-Executive Manager of SSI Aeration (P) Ltd., Regional Manager, and Project Manager. He manages the engineering team in our Indian office, recruiting and training new employees. In addition, he provides design and process support on SSI projects. He is the lead Application Engineer in the SSI Aeration (P) Ltd. Office. Mr. Kumar is a B. Tech Engineering graduate of the JNTU Rao and Naidu Engineering College in Ongole, India. He went on to earn his Masters of Business Administration from IGNOU, New Delhi, India.

Mrs. Tresca is in charge of SSI’s Customer Service and Expediting department. She is organized and easy to work with, and believes in putting “customers first.” In addition, she is responsible for SSI’s marketing efforts from product literature to trade shows. Mrs. Tresca is a graduate of the University of Buffalo.

Mr. Zhang manages SSI’s operations in China including domestic sales and technical support. He brings to SSI more than 13 years of experience in wastewater treatment. Mr. Zhang has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University and an Environmental Engineering degree from Tongji University, China.
