Plants in Operation- Poughkeepsie, NY WWTP

SSI enjoys keeping in close contact with WWTP’s that we have installed over the years and often visits the Poughkeepsie, NY WWTP just a short drive away from our office.
4,700 pieces of our AFD270, 9″ disc diffuser with EPDM membrane were installed in 2003 and have been in operation ever since. Below are some photos of the plant on our most recent visit. A special thanks goes out to the staff of the Poughkeepsie WWTP for always graciously allowing us to stop by with visitors to show off their facility.
Mr. Frankel co-founded SSI in 1995 with experience in design and distribution of engineered systems. He is in charge of sales, marketing and operations in the company. Mr. Frankel holds multiple US patents related to diffusers. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis.
