Pulp and Paper Wastewater, PTFE membranes, Lab Services, Design Services
The pulp and paper industry generate large volumes of wastewater. Through the aeration process, pulp and paper industry companies reduce water consumption and increase water circulation. Therefore, this not only saves money but conserves environmental resources. Given the difficult operating environment in pulp and paper wastewater treatment plants, membrane failure is an immediate issue. SSI’s advanced PTFE membranes offer the solution to membrane stretching, clogging, and failure with the added coating protection.
In addition, SSI offers design and lab services to ensure an efficient and effective industrial wastewater system. SSI can provide the complete aeration system including retrievable units, or parts. Furthermore, in checking the condition of the diffuser, we can assess fouling, back pressure, creep, and other deposits that are affecting the system.
Send us an inquiry for an aeration system or for an MBBR plant. You will not be disappointed you did!
